Our adoption fees are as follows:

$150 - Kittens < 9 months of age or any cat requiring sterilization surgery

$100 - Cats > 9 months of age NOT requiring sterilization surgery

$300 - Large Breed Dogs

$250 Small Breed Dogs

Your adoption fee covers the following:

A series of 3 FVR-CP vaccines for cats less than 6 months of age or a series of 2 FVR-CP vaccines for cats > 6 months of age. (DHPP for dogs)

A 1 year Rabies vaccination

A FeLV/FIV combo test (cat) or 4dx test (dog)

Spaying/Neutering

Examination by Veterinarian

Intestinal parasite screen and dewormings until cleared of parasites

Microchipping at the time of spay/neuter

All necessary treatments and medications required for the animal to be cleared as healthy prior to adoption unless otherwise stated above as a pre-existing medical condition.

Our adoption fees cover the expenses of the medical care our animals accrue. The services we provide if one were to obtain them outside a rescue would cost about $800-1000 per pet.

Acknowledgement:

Please give careful consideration to adopting this animal. Animals are not toys or a short term commitment, they do require daily attention. Make sure your lifestyle allows time, emotional commitment and financial responsibility this animal will need over its lifespan. I certify that I, nor anyone in the household, has ever been charged with and/or convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.

It is the responsibility of the Stevie’s Saviors to place this animal in an environment compatible with its needs and to ensure the adoption is in the best interest of both the animal and applicant. Applications will be processed in the order of which they are received, however, Stevie's Saviors reserves the right to select the best fit applicant for said animal, regardless of the order at which the applications were received. Stevie’s Saviors reserves the right to deny any applicant for any reason we see fit. Applications MAY be denied for any of the following reasons:

- Applicant has a history of rehoming their animals

- Applicant has pets who are not up to date on Rabies and FVRCP/DAPP vaccinations, exam by a licensed veterinarian, and have not been tested for FeLV/FIV.

- Applicant who does not intend to spay/neuter their pets. Cats by 6 months, dogs by 8 months unless otherwise stated by their veterinarian.

- Applicant who rents, and whos landlord does not allow animals, or any additional animals on top of what you already possess.

-Applicants who already possess 4 or more pets

dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of animals in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
